If my university produces an invoice for each reporting period & submits it directly , do we (I) also still need to enter specific values into each text box on this online form?

Will there be guidance as to whether the financial report should be cumulative or unique to the period? (i.e. if I enter in Q2 of Year 2, will the system be maintaining its own totals of all prior periods?)

So we still do all the same reporting plus now we also transfer all that information on a line-by-line here in eCivis?

The spreadsheet is simply an export. Can we export it into eCivis … or does it have to be manually entered into eCivis?

When an error is flagged by CALFIRE in an invoice for example, what is the notification process for that?

Are you able to delete files once uploaded? Just curious if we were to upload the wrong document do we have an opportunity to remedy that?

Is this portal going to potentially shorten the payment window as long as all the submitted information is in order?

If an invoice requires a correction, the CAL FIRE reviewer will have the ability to send it back via the system with a note identifying the changes needed. You will be able to modify the invoice and resubmit.

The timeframe to issue payments will remain unchanged.

I've logged on, but my awards page is empty. has that not been populated yet?

What about expediting approval window? When we are in an advance schedule, sometimes we do not actually issue payments to our contractors or partners until we get approval from calfire for that invoice package. Even on an advance schedule.

Regarding Cal Fire requesting additional info - will we receive an email notification or do we need to keep checking the portal?

Will there be an email notification that there is a message on the portal? Or, will we only know that something is needed by logging onto the portal?

Joy, how is the use of eCivis intended to change our working relationships with Cal Fire staff? We working on CE purchases and our grant admin Cal Fire staff on our last grant was so great to work with. Will we still have an assigned grant admin staff person?

If you add someone to "manage project team" do they see everything exactly the same as you and can submit/do the same tasks or are they in a restricted view?

This is excellent, but a lot to take in--some features we use at the start, other not for many months. Is there a cheat sheet or a powerpoint on the basic grant system functionality and reporting requirements?

Can you say again - who will get the initial email when the portal goes "live" - authorized signer or the person who applied for the grant?

Can you share the registration link for tomorrow's training?

Can you confirm that the awards are initially associated with just one person on the grantee's site and that person invites people to the project team? How do you determine who that person is?

How about Progress Report submittals? Is that the Activity Report submittal, & it's just not functioning yet to demonstrate today?
